We specialize in an assortment of design related services. Diversity is our strong suit. Our project and client list keeps growing and our services have extended into residential, commercial, industrial, government and institutional sectors. The sustainability of our buildings is key to our design philosophy.

Andre Bourgeois
Designer
Since 1998, Andre Bourgeois has developed a solid background planning and home design. His education certification includes an Honors Diploma in Architectural Technology at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology where he received a scholarship for outstanding academic achievement. Since graduating he has gained his experience working together with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors. Andre believes that this team environment is critical to the success of any project. He offers enthusiasm for design distinction and a thorough approach to technical detail.
Julie Borja
Technologist
Julie adheres to the of always being sensitive to the clients needs, reinforcing our belief that the client is a source of inspiration for every design. She is focused on challenging herself to think critically about every technical detail of every architectural design. Julie leads the associate team, delegating tasks effectively and applies the fundamental skills to make every project a success.
Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Far Eastern University.
Joal Sangalang
Technologist
Joal joined us with years of building design and technical experience working with some leading Architectural firms, outsourcing groups, and construction companies. He has provided design assistance to projects on a global scale; in Asia, USA, and Canada. Perhaps Joal’s main strength lies in his expert ability in understanding building envelope details and how to apply specific products accurately, to ensure our building projects are sustainable.
Joal holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, graduate of University of Santo Tomas.
